The MC-AF12001 is a 12-liter air fryer featuring dual 6-liter cooking compartments. These upper and lower baskets can be used simultaneously or operated independently, making the unit ideal for users who value visibility during the cooking process. Equipped with dual transparent windows, it allows users to monitor the cooking progress of their food without needing to open the fryer baskets.

In terms of performance, this model is equipped with a high-speed DC motor, reaching speeds of approximately 3600 rpm. This provides faster heating than ordinary motors, locking in moisture in a shorter time, resulting in a crispy exterior and moist interior. The ultra-thin 25mm motor design maintains a compact size of 295×320×460mm while providing ample internal cooking space.

Heating is handled by a top-mounted system with a bi-directional rotating fan that can rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise, heating food from multiple angles without the need for manual flipping. The top digital touch panel supports adjustable temperatures from 80-200°C and 0-60 minutes, and also allows direct selection of 10 built-in menus.

The product design takes storage needs into account; the handle is detachable and can be stored inside the frying basket, and a power cord and plug storage cover is located on the back. The whole machine has a power of 2400W/2800W, features a low-energy (ECO) mode, and is equipped with a microswitch for automatic power-off protection, making it safer to use.
